Describe the change precisely
“We used to call every evening, and this week we have not” gives you something concrete to discuss. “They are avoidant” adds an interpretation that the behavior alone cannot establish.
Use one clear request
If you feel comfortable doing so, ask what changed and explain the contact you would like. You can decide what works for you even if the other person does not provide a complete explanation. If you feel pressured or unable to say no, consider private support before planning a joint conversation.
Questions you might have
Can the questionnaire tell whether my partner loves me?
No. It cannot determine another person’s feelings, intentions, or what the relationship will become.
Should I change myself to stop them pulling away?
Start by identifying your own needs and boundaries. The report does not prescribe how to keep another person in a relationship.
